Q. Are the prints signed?

A. All of our editions are numbered titles and signed with pencil by the artist.

Q. Do your prints have a Certificate of Authenticity"?

A. Yes. All of our editions are shipped with a "Certificate of Authenticity" signed by the director of Eastbourne Fine Arts.

Q. Can you ship internationally?

A. Yes. Eastbourne Fine Arts ships to any destination in the world that is recognised by Australia Post.

Q. How much is shipping?

A. Shipping costs vary depending on your location. Eastbourne Fine Arts ships from Clematis, Victoria, Australia. If you are unsure of costs, we are happy to quote before you make your purchase.

Q. Will my order arrive in good condition?

A. Yes. Our packaging is second to none. We ship in indestructible (well almost!) plastic tubes.

Q. Are your Limited Editions archival?

A. Yes. All of Eastbourne Fine Arts Limited Editions are printed on cotton rag acid free archival papers using archival inks.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. You may pay by direct transfer to our bank account or by Credit or Debit Card through Paypal.

Q. Is it safe to use my Credit Card?

A. Paypal is very secure, but if you feel more comfortable using any other method such as a bank check, money transfer, or money order, then please contact us and we will make arrangements for you.

Q. When will you dispatch my order?

A. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours and we do our best to dispatch all orders on the same day that we receive cleared funds. The actual transit time varies depending on your location, but typically average from 3 to 7 working days in Australia, and 5 to 10 working days to the rest of the world.

Q. Can I cut a frame or mat using the measurements on this website?

A. Never ever cut any framing materials until you have double checked all measurements, after you have received your prints. Mistakes can be made. We are all human. Always double check all measurements.
